The Cookery Club on Britannia

(2 Reviews)

Whether you're an enthusiastic cook, a budding novice or a complete beginner, the Cookery Club team will give you hands-on instruction to help you develop essential cooking techniques and those all-important presentation skills. There are also family classes however unless you book a family class, all participated must be aged 18 and over, but keen cooks aged 16 and 17 years may attend any class with an adult. There will be two cooks to each station, so you will cook along with your partner. If you are booking a session just for you, we will pair you up with another cook on the day. Rest assured there will be plenty of work for two.

Been to the Cookery Club a few times, usually very good with good food and chef. We tried the Thai Street Food course, really good, food a bit bland, could have done with spicing up a bit but appreciate some people do not like spicy food. Was spoilt this time by one mouthy passenger who thought he knew more than the resident chef. We left as soon as we had eaten as had enough of listening to him.
