When we arrived in the dining room, no one came to our table to give us anything for 15 minutes. The food was good in the dining room.

Tried to watch a movie 2X in the theater, but no seats available either time.

I have no idea who Anthony is, but he accused the four adults of smoking in our rooms, and this was not true. He claimed to have "evidence", but he couldn't tell us what he had or where he found it. He even put a $250 penalty charge on my daughter's room, but she got it removed because there was no proof anyone smoked in the rooms. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Anthony ruined our entire cruise, and I will never go on Royal Caribbean again after spending $2,000 for the cruise for myself and my granddaughter to get treated like that!

The ladies' restrooms were not the cleanest. One of them had water all over the floor and I'm surprised no one fell.
