Terrible will never cruise on this ship again- no entertainment and eat bunches of food everything shuts down at 9pm- wasted money

Oh the food is great but you better eat good nothing is open after 9pm except this little area that has pastries and sliced pizza. I have never been on a cruise where you have to get room service in order to eat because nothing is open

Lord Jesus don’t go on this ship if you are looking for entertainment! I have never been so bored in my life- definitely needs a NEW entertainment director. I will never cruise in this ship again

This was the best part of the trip they all work very hard so friendly and maybe they need to be promoted for entertainment

You will get plenty of sleep- there’s no food after 9 except little pastries and sliced pizza which you wait on because everyone on board is in line to at least get a slice and you better get ready to entertain yourself- such a let down and very disappointed

No staff to guide people where to go people in lines and getting frustrated I’m shocked a fight didn’t happen it was very unorganized but not a shocker the entire trip was

I agree with the entertainment! All of the entertainment was depressing or geared towards the elderly.

Went on the Brilliance twice and it's an awesome ship.

We sailed the Brilliance last month and wasn't impressed either. Entertainment almost nonexistent. I didn't even know who the cruise director was until the second to last day.
