Review summary

We were very disappointed. We were given $200 when we boarded and then it never showed up on our account and they told us it that was from when we originally booked. Which is BS because we had the $100 per room on board credit from when we booked, this should have been additional. Why do you give somebody a coupon when they board if you've already been issued that credit? Doesn't make much sense. Royal Caribbean you need to fix your processes so people aren't confused. Your Royal Caribbean agent at embarkation told us this was an additional credit for us. You need to change your training program for your people Royal Caribbean

Ship tip

If you get a credit voucher from the Royal Caribbean agent when you are being checked in, it's no good once you get in the ship. Very disappointing they didn't guve us the onboard credit.

At least you still give them 4 stars unless that was an error.

That’s why we book through Royal Caribbean now and not a travel agent. If you book through a agency Royal Caribbean is not responsible for anything the promised you.

Yes it sounds like you didn’t book through Royal Caribbean. The issue is not with Royal but with the rip off company you made reservations with. Huge rip offs. Google it and you will see. Other than that I hope you enjoyed your cruise. I love Brilliance!!! Actually I love all Royal Caribbean cruise ships!!!

Did you book thru the cruise line? If you didn’t that was probably your problem. Those booking sites are rip offs and they lie. We’ve had problems with them with hotels. I hope you have a fun cruise.

I’m supposed to have the same arrangement with Royal Caribbean on the same ship when I booked through orbitz I get 200.00 OBC 100.00 upfront and 100.00 on the second day of sailing. Hope I don’t run into the same issues. How did you resolve the problem?
