The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Sail Date: November 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/young children

Room Type: Inside

The ship was very nice\, but the trip was marred both at the beginning and the ending with great difficulty getting wheelchair assistance after both had been promised repeatedly.

Pros: Non-disability services were very good

Cons: Absolutely ABYSMAL services for handicapped

Recommends Brilliance of the Seas? No.

Children's Programs
No real option for very young children unless you paid to have them watched in nursery area. Saw lots of preteens and teens running around\, unsupervised.
Entertainment
Service and Staff
Would have given an excellent but for promises by the management regarding wheelchair assistance that were not kept.
Cabin / Stateroom
Needs to be refurbished. Mattresses were worn.
Food and Dining
Awesome food in the dining room!
Ship Quality
Had to wait a lot for the elevators
