Room Type: Balcony

We recently sailed on the Brilliance of the Seas for the first time\, and all I can say is \"Very Nice!\". We really like Royal Caribbean's style\, service\, and innovative ships\, and this cruise did not disappoint. Several new dining choices were really excellent. If you are a meat lover then Chops Grille is your cup of tea.The restaurant is beautiful and cozy\, the service was even better than the already great service the dining room staff usually delivers\, and the steaks and chops were outstanding\, comparable to any great steak house. We also ate at the new Japanese resturant\, and as a lover of Sushi it was really great. As well we ate at their new Italian resturant and it was well worth it. I did not care for the quality of the food in either the Main Dining room or the buffet. Our stateroom was cozy but a bit on the small side for a balcony stateroom. The staff was wonderful as always and this is why we are Platinum/Emerald members of RCCL.

Pros: Ports of Call

Cons: Food

Recommends Brilliance of the Seas? Yes!

Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
Kinda small for a balcony stateroom. Our room attendent was great.
Food and Dining
Pay the extra money for the speciality resturants. The main dining food was not very good and the buffet was horrible.
Ship Quality
