Nicely decorated for Christmas. Never thought about it before we booked out of Puerto Rico but all announcements were given in English and then in Spanish and then in French. Would book out of Florida next time.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Diningroom experience excellent. Windjammer Cafe offered limited variety. Norwegian does the buffet better. Royal Caribbean does diningroom better than Norwegian.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
On board production shows were disappointing. Theatre seats were 2/3 empty. Poor choice of songs and unable to gather audience enthusiasm. Contracted outside entertainers were ok but have seen better on all other cruises.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Some exceptional and some so-so. Did not find the usual 'everyone happy' on this cruise.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Nicely decorated for Christmas. Saw some rust that never noticed on Royal Caribbean before.

Cabin / Stateroom

Pros: Diningroom dinners were extraordinary!

Cons: Production shows were disappointing.

Recommends Brilliance of the Seas? No.
