One of the BEST!

Loved\, loved\, loved the ship. The cabin was great and spacious -- but the real gem was our stateroom attendant. She was awesome. The ship is clean\, easy to navigate around\, nearly all staff was helpful and accomodating and it is an easy\, nearly carefree vacation. Loved the solarium but the staff (and guests) really need to honor the \"no children\" policy. The point is to give adults a quiet\, peaceful respite.

Pros: If you are looking for a relaxing\, clean\, upbeat\, joyful small boat experience\, this is it. The ship is easy to get around and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The dining room staff was particularly impressive. Solarium was awesome!

Cons: The windjammer cafe was good\, but not great. Two real cons -- first\, with only one sea day\, RCL only has the dining room open for lucnh on that lone sea day. And\, the windjammer is not an acceptable substitute. Second con is that the Chops restaurant is slow\, really slow (3 hours) and not great.

Recommends Brilliance of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Super easy to get around. Extraordinarily clean. Traveled with someone that had accessibility needs and RCL ensured there was no issue with that. Excellent ship.
Food and Dining
The only reason I would not rate excellent is the Windjammer is a bit limited in food selection. However\, the french fries are heavenly. Chops is overrated\, overpriced and not the experience one would expect for a specialty restaurant. The steaks were not as good as the dining room and the small kitchen ensures a very slow\, very very very slow dining experience. We waited over an hour between courses. Unacceptable experience. On the upside\, the red velvet cake here was the best I had ever eaten.
Cabin / Stateroom
Stayed in a Grand Suite and it was unbelievably spacious. Only downside was the balcony is completely covered/shaded so no opportunity to gaze at stars during the evening. However\, you have full dining room menu room service available in the suites\, and concierge service. Awesome stateroom attendant -- best I have ever had!
Service and Staff
This was the very BEST staff I have experienced in 10 ships. Special shout outs to my dining room staff Daniel and Marija -- they made every dinner memorable and accommodated every request\, no matter how trite. Special shout outs to our stateroom attendant Adrianna and the Concierge staff Brandy and Racquel. Truly extraordinary.
The variety was limited due to ports nearly every day. And\, the ship's cruise director\, Jeremey was a bit rough -- if not mean -- with his humor during games. He was particularly rude throughout the activity we tried to enjoy but his sour attitude made the event a bit unpleasant.
