It Could Have Been a Contender

Sail Date: January 01, 2014

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship was well cared for but their guest relations department was lacking. They did not offer assistance to resolve the sleeping arrangement and we had to \"bite the bullet\" on that issue. Otherwise\, it could have been a contender for a wonderful\, long weekend cruise.

Pros: The food\, wait staff\, entertainment and overall appearance of the ship was excellent.

Cons: The room size and arrangement forced us to use a pull-down bed with a ladder. This was problematic for the seniors sharing the room

Recommends Brilliance of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
With the exception of Guest Relations. I would rate them poor.
