overall it was a good cruise

Sail Date: January 01, 2014

Room Type: Inside

because I was traveling with 3 Sisters and an 86 year old Mother I believe this was just the right length. Because this ship accommodates only 2\,100 disambarkation went smoothly except for the Immigration process for NON-US citizens. We had to wait almost 2 hours for her to clear immigrations. It seems that there were only 2 agents and 1 took a break during that period of time which in my opinion was not proper. This is not good for the cruise line nor is it good for the TAMPA tourism.

Pros: entertainment

Cons: immigration processing for Non-Us Citizens

our waiters in the Minstrel dining room (table 435) 1st seating were supurb! after the first night\, they anticipated our needs as well as enticed us to go out of our comfort zone and try different food!
