Nicely laid out, clean with a friendly staff.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food quality was average and did not live up to expectations from a cruise we had gone on years ago. Again, would like bottled water included with meals.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Did not like the pink bus tour in St. John's and was over priced for the quality of the tour - really not much to see and should have been priced accordingly. I felt very ripped off.

Overlap on shows that did not allow me to attend some. I understand it is hard to schedule. Perhaps it is better to have less activities and repeat some. Having less going on allows the ability to have higher quality.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was very friendly and helpful except for one lady at the cruise registration desk.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
All great except need quiet ares as mentioned above.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Stateroom was very efficiently designed with plenty of room to store our clothes and luggage and to provide convenience for dressing. Appreciated the shelves in bathroom. Mattress was very comfortable.

Pros: Nice ship, friendly staff

Cons: No bottled water, understand charging extra for sodas, liquor but water is a necessity and never felt satiated from the ship water. No quiet place to go on ship, always music piped in even at 4:00 am out on deck when we wanted to watch the full moon. Need quite places to go to talk and read.

Recommends Brilliance of the Seas? Yes!
