Highly recommend the ship. Use of the Royal Romance Division was at or near fiasco. (still not sure if we're married or not.... lol). This group did not deliver as promised or agreed to. They were confused, disorganized, lost paperwork, lost reservations, and totally uncaring after the cruise ended.
But, we were getting married and made the most of it. The cruise personnel were wonderful in taking care of us and ensuring that things went properly. I recommend getting married on the ship, but not the use of this service.

Pros: Ship was great and the staff running ship excellent.

Recommends Brilliance of the Seas? Yes!
