All the staff were helpful polite in fact could not do enough. Our room steward Prekash was lovely

Everywhere was spotless, however I have to mention that periodically there was an awful smell on deck smelt like sewage

Cabin very vlean, large enough plenty of room and storage space. Liked it so much have booked the same cabin for 2021

Ship tip

If using a cash account please ask about the end of your cruise as every member of staff we came in contact with told us to go to reception as we had an outstanding balance, we had not collected the remainder of our money however if I had an outstanding balance that actually means I owe them. Bad business as it is not good when embarrassing your guests

Dengage thank you for the advice however keeping track was not my problem. My problem was on the last day although there was £351.51 in my account not only could I not purchase anything, but I was told by staff that I had an outstanding account of £351.51. That means I owe them and I did not it is a bad system.

It's easy to be in control of your account by going to reception and getting a print out of your account??? We have always been able to know exactly what we've spent.
