Review summary

Having travelled on NUMEROUS other cruise lines and ships, I was dis-appointed with this ship / P&O. 2 main issues and a 3rd smaller one. 1 - The Buffet restaurants on deck 15 (Verona and Venezia) are just carnage, you can access from both sides, cross over (the other side is the same food, in mirror fashion) and people are walking all over the place, against a one way flow and it's just madness, not a pleasant experience what-so-ever, stay clear - &O you need to sort this out 2 - The staff are polite yes, but warm & friendly, NO !, not a patch on any other cruise I have been on, I complained twice and no follow up, really poor. 3 - I bought the Ice-Cream & Coffee package, only to be told afterwards of all the exclusions / exceptions !, really !, not acceptable. The ship is lovely, clean, modern & spacious with lots of places to go, if you don't mind abrupt staff and chaos in the freestyle dining, you'll have a great time.

Been on this ship a few times and the staff were fabulous and if you treat them right they couldn't do enough for you. Like to see you do the hours they put in! Then get given a bad attitude. . . I'd get my back up. Ships big as we all are aware of so expect a lot of people on board. All you have to do is go at different times or go to different restaurants / mealing places. . . there's that many on this ship 😁

Come on people smith hops only given opinion I've been on azura twice it's a nice ship food in beach house superb main dining good but not a patch on princess the pizza and burger bar very average movies under stars just ok they reapeat Ed sully 4 times shows in theatre ok nice ports of call but only 5 hours in Gibraltar come on p and o we had 2 sea days to make up another couple of hours but for the money good holiday

Iv been on it twice now and again in 45 days crew, staff everything is wonderful you always get one person Moaning about something can not praise the staff enough having to deal with awkward people bet they waved you off at the end of your cruise 😂

Try reading other comments you have responded to, they say a similar thing on both points, nothing wrong with Thomson - are you on commission from P&O, why can't you let people share their experience, that what this site is for !

look at the azura comments page no one else has experianced any thong like this . i suggest you stick with thompson it seems to suite you better

I agree we have been on Azura many times and cant understand why you complain. We have always found that the staff cant do enough for you and are so friendly and love to have a chat. You must have been unlucky !!

total bull been on this ship a number of times. your moans are totaly exaggerated always found staff friendly and helpful but the demeanor of some guests could be better
