first cruise we did in June 2017, totally blown away with how amazing our holiday was! the ship was suberb, our balcony cabin was perfect, the staff fantastic, the food was 100% delicious and the holiday it self was mind blowing :-) already booked to go back on Azura next May and then planning a transatlantic cruise to the Caribbean in 2019

yeah on our last cruise we had loads of problems. and because of all of them he missed the birth. but guess it's just the way it is with that kind of job.

amandasolts    7 years ago

rob87    7 years ago

nope I've not. but that's only because I prefer ships with more open decks. and yeah I know that captain he definitely a favourite with all the ladies lol.

amandasolts    7 years ago

Cheers peeps for the help, may have to try ventura one year :-)

amandasolts    7 years ago

ventura got a covered pool area we went on in February one year was great freezing outside but in the pool

rob87    7 years ago

Amanda 68 how are you? where you of in October

rob87    7 years ago

best thing about the transatlantic cruise is that if you in joy talking to people everyone wants to chat. as because there a lot of sea days make time pass nicely. as when on cruise with not many sea days everyone doing there on thing. plus Caribbean very nice.

midsummer1    7 years ago

yes someone else said that about Ventura, sister ship and apparently identical to Azura?

midsummer1    7 years ago

thankyou for the advice, was thinking about sailing out and flying home, cause if you fly out, once on the ship you know your heading home :-(

amandasolts    7 years ago

we doing ventura in October that's another nice ship

midsummer1    7 years ago

ditto! absolutely love Azura, going back in May, can't wait

rob87    7 years ago

my advice to you. do one sailing to Caribbean. definitely miss out next year but do the year after. I did last year and Frist port of call was shocking. but this year Frist port of call I've done before and it's very nice.

amandasolts    7 years ago

we been on the azura this year loved it they call it the happy ship and it lived upto that in many ways already booked for next may to the fjords 😎

midsummer1    7 years ago

not yet, it's not available to book till Oct time this year

rob87    7 years ago

midsummer 1 have you booked your transatlantic cruise yet?

midsummer1    7 years ago

pounds :-)

cece1951    7 years ago

Is that euros or pounds or US dollars?

midsummer1    7 years ago

don't quote me on it but if you do early saver price it does work out cheaper! think they advertise it at a higher price but early saver is on the Web site

cece1951    7 years ago

Wow good price! Thanks for sharing.

midsummer1    7 years ago

depends on what cruise you do, I think the canary islands one for 12 nites is roughly 800/900? depends when you travel but not much change in price

cece1951    7 years ago

How much for an inside cabin?

midsummer1    7 years ago

I think personally they are reasonable considering what you get for your money, fab entertainment and amazing food, the cabins are spotless and well looked after, staff are very helpful and friendly, this was our first cruise and already booked 2 more with them lol

cece1951    7 years ago

Are they expensive? A grade up from regular CCL?

midsummer1    7 years ago

P&O? what would you like to know, they operate 8 cruise ships, operated by carnival uk

cece1951    7 years ago

Tell me about this cruise line. Don't know them.

midsummer1    7 years ago

interesting to know thankyou, might look at ventura cruises too :-D

olldbob    7 years ago

dont fancy britannia . azura and ventura are sister ships of the same class and layout is identical. only differance is outdoor cinema on azura instead of sky dome pool on ventura. as far as food and staff go theres nothing to choose between the 2 only been on the ventura more because of the ports visited

midsummer1    7 years ago

which ship do you prefer? only been on Azura so don't know what others are like but put off Britannia

olldbob    7 years ago

6 been on azura twice ventura 3 times and oceana once. back on oceana for xmas this year

midsummer1    7 years ago

Can't wait to go back on Azura in May next yr! how many cruises you done?

olldbob    7 years ago

olldbob    7 years ago

midsummer1    7 years ago
