Azamara Cruise Line cares about service

Sail Date: October 06, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

While I am new to cruising, I found that going on a smaller ship allowed for a more comfortable experience. There were no lines and there was a greater ability to meet people.

Pros: I liked the small attention to detail and the overall attempt to meet every need.

Cons: The ship is an older ship and needs a few upgrades.

Recommends Azamara Quest? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
The specialty restaurants were amazing. They rival any fine restaurant.
Cabin / Stateroom
The bathrooms are small which probably cannot change. There was a surprising amount of space in which to unpack.
Service and Staff
Without a doubt\, excellent.
Entertainment
The entertainment was typical and what is expected. It's not New York!
