Panama Canal Cruise

Sail Date: January 01, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The ship has been modernized and is very clean.

Pros: Outstanding room service. Best we have ever had!

Cons: Guest Relations was terrible! Also unable to get a deck chair at the pool. Complained to lots of staff but nothing was done. People put out books on deck chairs at 7AM and left them there all day long. Also, the dining room was short staffed. It often took 2 1/2 to 3 hours for dinner.

Recommends Azamara Quest (RETIRED)? No.
