7 Night Bermuda (Cape Liberty Roundtrip)
Sail Date: October 20, 2007
Ship: Azamara Journey (RETIRED) 571
Cabin Type: Suite
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 7 years ago
The ship was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. We had a butler assigned to our room but frankly he didn't do anything different than a regular room steward. The food in all 3 restaraunts was excellent but you must make reservations in the specialty restaraunts for the entire cruise as soon as you board. Ironically when we did attend the specialty restaraunts we noticed many unused tables.

The ship is definitely upscale but its small size of 30,000 tons affects those passengers with sensative stomachs. The casino is quaint and the shops were small and limited.

Pros: The ship was very upscale, classy and not crowded. The food was excellent.

Cons: The ship noticably moves in rough waters. Several passengers were sea sick.
