Okay experience but seen much better from RCL. The boat was extremely rocky and some suggested the captain was unwilling to use the stabilization system. Some shows were cancelled because of it and we missed good amount of entertainment. Overall, mostly hard working staff providing premium service. The cape liberty is terrible, we are not coming back there. Wish RCL tried to make up cancellations some way. Cancelled visit of the Cococay left a bad lasting taste to the whole trip. We love RCL but wont be back to Anthem, other ships set their bar higher.

This was an amazing itinerary!! Anthem of the Seas is a wonderful ship. The fact that it carries 4000+ passengers and you don't feel like there are that many people on ship as you go through the main areas or to the different activities and shows, etc. We loved our stateroom, the food, the service, the entertainment, the crew. We would definitely book this same itinerary on the Anthem of the Seas again!!

Worst cruise vacation we ever experienced. No A/C in cabin. Contracted pneumonia. Had to call 911 twice for oxygen. Doctor Lenz was kind enough to let us sleep in hospital room for the A/C. Otherwise we slept in lounge chairs in different parts of ship with A/C. Guest services were ineffective. Did nothing for us.

In summary great cruise but due to some poor weather that was not Royal Caribbean's fault and due to poor cruise activity scheduling that was Royal Caribbean upper management fault we did not get to participate in as many activities as often or at all that we would have liked to. Still a great cruise, but could have been a better leaving a slightly bitter taste in our mouths that is a shame.

Enjoy this ship it is beautiful ship and restaurants.

Huge disappointment. Will most likely never go on another Royal Caribbean cruise ever again.

We took the family for their first cruise experience. They were delighted with the ship, excursions and everything the Athem had to offer. So happy we did this.

It was a very nice cruise. Royal Caribbean is a great line. Highly recommend. I wish it was an option to pay for the internet usage. I would use it for 1 hour, but forced to pay for 24 hours.

This cruise was both relaxing, entertaining, educational, and fun, I would recommend this cruise to family and friends.

The overall cruise quality experience has diminished over the years with these mega ships. They have become overcrowded floating shopping center with aggressive marketing of extras for items that once were all inclusive in the price of the cruise ticket. In order to get better dinning experience you now have to pay extra.

Beautiful ship, terrific entertainment and service. Not for people looking for a more cultural, learning experience.

Just want to find a cruise line that doesn't punish people for sailing alone.... I'll keep looking.

Royal Caribbean does need to pay attention on providing quality food and training their staff for better service if they want to survive in the industry. Eventually, people will catch on poor service and food quality.

The best cruise I've been on thus far and Royal Caribbean is by far, the best cruise line to date. Their employees went above and beyond to make sure quality and service didn't meet the standard but was far above the standard. And it was seen throughout the ship, whether it was the stateroom attendant, wait staff, cleaning crew, chefs, bartenders, directors, everyone. I absolutely had a fabulous time aboard the ship.

We seem to enjoy the smaller cruise ships more than the gigantic ships.

It was a very wonderful cruise, my party of nine people.

It was a pleasant experience, although we expected from Royal Caribbean an upgraded experience to the one which we had already experienced in other cruises and which we did not find. I suppose if we had come with the children they would have had a great time. And we really intend to do so in the future

The ship was beautiful. The staff were all polite and funny and willing to help in any way. The only disappointment which had nothing to do with the ship was after leaving the ship, there were little to no direction as to which way to go after getting your luggage. I try asking a young lady which line should I be in and she just mumble and turned her head.

Great itinerary! For repeat cruisers on the Anthem, entertainment is mostly the same, We Will Rock You, The Gift and Spectra.
