it was such a great cruise, the ship was beautiful, staff was wonderful, all in all the cruise was awesome!!

I love Royal. They work hard to give everyone something. It is hard to make 4800 people happy. The weather does not always cooperate. However, everything that was in their power they did well. We already booked next year!

Not sure I'd cruise again from the northern US to the south in the "spring" but it was a great cruise outside of weather and finding out our day at Coco Cay was being canceled and rerouted to Miami. Wasn't happy that RCL chose to lie to us and say the pier wasn't ready when in reality the pier wasn't supposed to be ready. At the end of the day the overall cruise was good but I signed up for a Bahama's cruise and ended up getting a southern FL cruise. Not what I paid for and couple that with RCL's decision to not be honest as to why they took our day at Coco Cay away I'm hesitant to choose RCL again.

It was nice to get away on vacation. But the ship was boring, crowded, and catered to drinkers. One port got cancelled and replaced by Miami. There was nothing to do there. I've been on other Royal Cruises before. This one was the most disappointing.

This trip was to Celebrate our Sixtieth Wedding Anniversary and in that respect it was a complete success. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Crew was excellent and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Only Glich we ran across was making a connection with The Adrenalin zip Ride Tour in St Lucia which we booked through Cruises .com. Because it was not booked directly through Royal Caribbean. They were unable to help us get connected with Tour provider.

The ship was beautiful and kept very clean. There was always an event happening somewhere on the ship to be entertained.

Easy boarding process. . . .excellent ship. . loved indoor pool & pools in general, kept at fantastic temps. Disappointed with availability of dining in specialty restaurants, seemed very slow to have to wait until 9pm for a reservation. Teens complained not enough programs, but 5 year old loved kids camp. Last Day at sea was very boring. . not enough going on for my liking.

Had problems in Coco Cay with the tide being out for almost all day and could not swim there. A lot of construction and dusty, Nassau is awful unless you take an excursion and do not take the bus to Disney since you will not have any time and it is a waste of money for tht tickets. Otherwise, it's a good cruise.

The only negative I can think of was in the Photography studio. I know they do not want anyone taking pictures of the photos, but I do wish that someone could be available to override all the wording all over the photos so they are easier to view. If only for a moment ... that would be very helpful! When you press your finger on the wording it goes away for a fraction of a second and then appears again. And it always seemed to be right on our faces! Did not make for an easy experience to view them. Everything else was lovely! We celebrated our 50th Anniversary, and our daughter made sure that our room was festive! The crew who did that did an amazing job! Can't wait to take another cruise!

its was a fun time with friends family ...the one thing i would change is you have adequate seating for venues in rooms like music hall when you have events 6000 people on ship everyone should be able to sit participate and accomadated. Your people work hard you should pay them . Stop nickel diming .....2

Pro: 2 indoor pools , 1 outside pool. Bumper cars, flow rider, roller skating, Great main show We will rock you Con: appetizer and dessert the same every night, shows too early 6:30pm & 8:30 pm, most cruise staff activity are around 8pm It seems even though they are offering anytime dinning they are scheduling their activities around their 2 dinner seating 6pm & 8pm 2 formal nights

Overall I wouldn't recommend anthem of the Seas nor will I go back on this boat. The staff clearly didn't care towards the end and just wanted off the boat. They quarantined me for 3 days and told me I would get a refund but instead credited me one day for a future cruise. They can keep that. I will go to Disney or Norwegian instead.

Overall a very good cruise. San Juan was a waste. Got they too late and it rained.

ALTHOUGH WE DID NOT ENJOY THIS CRUISE WE WILL BOOK ANOTHER CRUISE WITH ANTHEM OF THE SEAS.

Poor service if you get sick you literally have tough luck. I’m STILL in the hospital after this one! I almost needed to be put on a ventilator and I have NO health issues😷

Did not receive great customer service from guest services

We were family of 14 with 3 kids ages 2, 4, 6. All, but 3 family members got sick on first 2-3 days on cruise with high fevers, terrible cough, headaches, body aches. Obviously, we were not the only ones sick the ship. Everywhere we went people were coughing and sneezing: dining rooms, pool, spa , show, elevators, etc. Fellow passengers in elevators, dining areas complained about sick family members too. Doctor's office was closed at 8 pm, no real help for our 2 y.o.grandchild with 102.5 fever. Nurse gave us Tylenol and coughing syrup. Nobody called us next day to find out how child is doing. When our over the counter medicine finished (10 people were sick), we found out that store ran out of over the counter Tylenol or something similar !!!!???? We complained to customer service and were told that they have no idea about any virus outbreak on the ship despite over crowded medical facility downstairs. We were very disappointed by indifferent attitude of the RCL medical facility, and absence of even attempt by them of trying to contain the outbreak of most likely flu virus on the ship.

The music, the bright and clean cruise ship, wonderful people on the board created paradise vacations. Thanks a lot

Very enjoyable cruise. Food was OK, not exceptional, but plenty of choices. Coffee, Ice Tea and Lemonade always available. Best Pizza on a cruise ship! Great entertainment.
