Overall a good cruise. Would have been better if the itinerary was a longer stay in Bermuda and skipping Boston.

Had to call to have the promised prepaid gratuity added to my account. 45 minutes of my cruise vacation wasted taking care of something they promised to do 2 weeks prior to sailing. Learned of it while checking my shipboard account. They took care of but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Need more to do during sea days. Love the indoor pool. The seaplex is an indoor gym, very nice.

The cruise was fun but we were really shocked with the danger of the bumper cars. My mother in law and I got really hurt. It is not safe. We have been on bumper cars before but these were dangerous. I got whiplash and my mother in law received 2 broken ribs.

This was an easy relaxing itenerarty and we loved it. The ship is nothing short of amazing and the food, shows, etc the best we’ve experienced. Biggest issue was not being able to participate in many big ticket activities due to not knowing about having to register the first day. Never did get to do Northstar, ifly or escape room and those items were on our list for picking this ship.

Overall, the ship was amazing, but the service was subpar. Even though it was a sold out cruise, we rarely felt overcrowded at restaurants or in other areas of the ship. However, I have never been more disappointed in a cruiseship staff than I was on this trip. Our cabin steward was terrible. We asked on the first day if they do towel animals at night (as all the other cruise lines we've used have). She said only every other day. We asked if there was a way we could get them everyday, as our daughter loves them and we'd certainly tip generously to appreciate it, she said she'd do it and never followed through. Additionally, our TV broke the second day of the cruise and was not fixed until the 6th day, despite multiple calls/trips to guest services. And the entertainment staff and shows aboard are terrible. We went to the pub every night to listen to the acoustic guitar player because there were limited other options (no nightly themed parties, dance clubs, etc). The stage shows were the worst we've encountered. Overall, we had fun relaxing aboard the ship, which is very well laid out, but the amenities and staff from other cruise lines are heads and tails above this one.

The cruise itself was more relaxing because there were not enough activities that interested me and the reservation requirements were worst.

!st time ever cruising and we will definitely be going again on Royal Caribbean!

Lots to do, lots to eat and drink and still plenty of time to relax. great time!

Love this ship; the itinerary was limited but actually very good ! Love the workers, the food, the amenities... Nice cruise!

Classy beautiful ship with excellent officers, staff, and crew. All friendly and helpful. Dennis the Cruise Director was talented and just the best. Carmi in Windjammer took it personally that our every whim was more than satisfied. Also, Akshay, James, Chris, and the Supernova band (see above notes).

It's a wonderful family cruise, there is so much to do on this ship. They really cater to teens too.

For the money we paid the cruise was good. We have been on this same cruise so knew what to expect

When entering the ship we were approached by someone trying to sell us the various packages available. During lunch and dinner people also tried to sell us packages. I do not want to listen to sail pitches upon entering the ship and especially at meals. Poor customer service. Twice we were sent from one place to another and told different things by different people. Main dinning room menu should be totally changed daily!

Great cruise. RCL has it down pat. If I had a criticism it would be with the main dining room dinner menu. I have to compare it to Celebrity’s dinner menu. It was very good but not outstanding. The menu choices were a bit more limited and not as varied. The Wonderland specialty restaurant was great. All in all the food was very good and it was a great cruise.

Was disappointed that the ship did not have a place or time available for worship on Sunday a sea day during the cruise.

This 8 day cruise to the bahamas is false advertisement. It cruised two days to Florida and one day to the Bahamas, skipping cococay bahamas. If i wanted to go to florida i would have booked a vacation to florida.This cruise line ROBBED it's vacationers of there money and time. It never intended to go to coco cay, since this island is under construction for it's opening in May 2019. Royal Caribbean should be ASHAMED of themselves for leading the public on to such lies. What a SCAM.
