Our trip was cut short and started a day later due to an unfortunate illness of a passenger on the previous cruise. It threw off all of our plans. We were reimbursed for the lost time but only had about 8 hours on Bermuda for time!

Overall, this was a disappointing cruise. But only because of the change in itinerary due to a medical emergency on the previous sailing. Unfortunately it negatively effected our cruise.

The cruise was amazing. We won four drawings which is pretty incredible. One note that was a little bit of a bummer, they never gave us the things we won. Supposedly they were to be delivered to our room, but that never happened. We checked several times with different people and finally gave up. If I had not lost my prescription glasses it would have been a near perfect 9 days. All in all, NO COMPLAINTS.

Enjoyed this cruise. I just feel there should have been more deck activity with Carribean festival music vs what we had.

super cruise would do it again in a minute!!! the captain was awesome and I wish the cruise members we stopped and let off in Nassau are doing much better. Our prayers are with them!!! THANKS FOR A GREAT VACATION CAPTAIN AND CREW!!!

Everything from start to finish was amazing. Even the shows I thought I wouldn't like were great. I was a little disappointed that i couldn't do the escape room. The food was great, the staff was amazing. We had my time dining and never waited more than 10 minutes to be seated. I was a little intimidated by the size of the ship but I don't think I can do a smaller ship again. So much to do and see. Even at full capacity it never felt crowded.

I do enjoy going on Royal Caribbean ships, but I notice lately that the activities are not the same. For instance this time the North Star was broken durance the cruice, waiting for a part that never arrives, this is one of the major attraction of the ship. No to many activities around the pool on sea days. No more Ice sculptures. The music on the pool, were I spend much of the time on sea day, wasn't as invited to have fun and dance. and no to many game like before only belly splashed witch is the tradition. I was on this ship before I think the !st time was better. I had invited 10 friend on this one, they were happy (1st time), but they don't have one to compare like I do. Also I have the Diamond status, but I didn't fill like that this time. Every time I try to get one of my benefits as Diamond, was an issue to get it, if a get it. I don't understand that, I got a paper in my cabin with the list of the benefits for being a Diamond, but according to the person I ask to get them, they don't know. This is very embarrassing for me and any person that go tru this. Need to be more specific on the papers about the complementary drinks that are included, put the list on it. Happen to me in the dining room, in from of my 10 friends, very embarrassing, I order a Pina Colada virgen as a did on my previews cruice but this time wasn't included, but a beer and a wine that are more expensive was. Confusing don't you think. I don't drink alcohol. One thing that I was very proud of Royal Caribbean that's why I give a 8, (I could be given 10 if it wasn't for the previews issues) is what the Capitan did for the guess that have that medical emergence. The company didn't care about how expensive or all that money to loses, the live of this guess was the number one priority. I am happy that I always choose this company to cruise. Well done Capitan very honored to be there and witness your wise choice.

This was my first cruise trip. What a experience! The cruise ship is clean. Many food choices. Waiting service was great. There are many activities on the ship, including those for young children. completely exceeded my expectation.

Good Experience. Everyone enjoyed it together. Clean, Cozy, Good sailing, Nice Room and Balcony

great cruise. Food on Royal has deteriorated over the 20 years we've been sailing with them.

Overall, it was a very nice trip and we would do it again. I just really wish that RCL would make adjustments for simple things such as easy to use drink dispensers and fresh entertainment.

I was not impressed with Royal Caribbean. I have sailed on another cruise line and felt the service, friendliness and activity level was far above this line. The guest services was always a half hour wait and the staff seemed annoyed by some of my questions. The price of a bottle of water was $3.50 which I found outrageous. Not enough activities going on during the day besides spa services (where they make more money). No barbecues around the pool or free drinks and snacks to enjoy. Bottle of wine that costs $8.00 in a store charged us $34.00 on the ship. I know they need to make a profit but that's highway robbery. The entertainment was fair/good. One show was not professional and the other two were ok. I have seen better on the other cruise line. The ship was huge and there was always a crowd and wait wherever you went. Bermuda was amazing but would have preferred to stay another day instead of the stop in Boston. I don't think I would go Royal Caribbean again.

The ship was booked to 100% capacity. A passenger got "sick" on day one and we had to turn around. We arrived hours late at Bermuda. $1,200 in extras, from Trips, to Photo's to cancelled excursions. We've already booked a different cruise for next year, never again Royal Caribbean - everything is extra, and they try and up sell you of everything the whole trip.

Great cruise was anxious due to the size of the ship but this one seemed to have everything together. Embarkation and debarkation was seamless!!

The ship was beautiful however things could have been better. We traveled with a person with special needs and were told that the parent would get a beeper for when he was at a group meeting. Our travel agent told us that and yet the ship knew nothing about it. Communication could have been better. Many parents showed up for events not knowing it was for a certain age group, because it was not communicated well. The computer glitch should not have taken so long to fix. Our teens were also deprived time on the xbox games because others were not monitored by staff as to how long to stay on. Complained to guest service, but problem was not resolved. I did not want my child playing much,but he should have been given a chance and couldn't because other monopolized it and no one from the ship supervised. The flow rider and I fly were great as were the bumper cars.
