It was a great getaway with the family, even though we had moments we weren't to happy with we made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves. Not sure if we're cruise Royal again or any time soon but we will definitely be on another cruise sooner than later.

shows were good, sucks that you had to preregister. just because you may feel different when the day actually comes, there was a day we would have preferred a different time due to wanting to relax or conflict with kids activities. The DJ could have been better, better music choices and engaging with the crowd.

Room attendant was very friendly, wait staff was extremely slow to the point where we left breakfast in the dinner room after 2 hours and not having all our food. Cruise director could have been more present, I didn't even know who the director was until day 3
Ship Quality

beautiful ship, clean in some party, so parts needed some extra TLC, in the windjammer someone threw up and when the cleaning staff came they didn't do a great job there was still an area that still had residue from the vomit. The sink in the windjammer still had sand in it on day 8 when we hadn't ported anywhere the day prior so the sand had to be from 2 days prior
Cabin / Stateroom

cabin was good, size ok virtual balcony and TV constantly was glitching and not working. TV channels weren't the best of options
