Review summary

I feel the staff is overall extremely customer service focused. Smiles, welcome wishes, etc. go a long way! I wish there could be more organization in the Windjammer as I do find it a "jammer!" I like the hand washing in Adventure better than Anthem.

Very nice, a little disappointed in the main dining room this cruise. Got a different table every night, didn't get to connect to waiter/assistant. Food was ok.

Enjoyable, but disappointed we didn't get to see We Will Rock You because of sound problems

Our room service was wonderful, very attentive. Bartenders throughout were exceptional except for the bionic bar. It seems she has too much to do to devote to the customer. I felt like I was annoying every time I asked a question.

Very comfortable and easy for my husband to maneuver with the extra space.

Ship tip

If you are traeling without children make sure you know you can eat in the Solarium where no one under 16 is welcome, except I notice some young ones that the staff should have not allowed.

A bit confused with the Bionic Bar. How was it difficult being that it's computerized? I have never been on this ship(I will be in 19 days), but just asking. Is it because of how you like your drinks made? It really isn't that complicated from the videos I've seen on how it works, let alone from family and friends who did sail her already had told me.

Any age can eat in the Solarium. 16 and over is just in the Solarium pool area.
