Perfect, just try not calling from your cabin because every department took a half hour to get answers. Best to be computer savvy and let your fingers get to you the answers. I learned quickly after my fifth call attempt.

I have never been treated so poorly. Royal Caribbean should be reaching out to me directly to apologize for how Guest Services handle my issues.

Lines were always short and the staff was so knowledgeable. They made sure you left having every issue resolved with no complications or frustrations.

Horrible - couldn't do a thing but deflect our questions and concerns - Kept telling us we will need to talk with Customer Service when we get back home, who in turn told us we should have taken care of our issues while on the ship
