Pros and cons!

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
food was dry, tasteless, sometimes under cooked and limited variety. Restaurants were fine, dining times were fine.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Most of the entertainment was pretty good, the comedian how ever was sexist and racist!

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
As I said, front desk was terrible! Restaurant and cabin stewards were excellent.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
ship size was good, but bathrooms in public areas had leaks, were dangerous for people with canes, poor responsiveness to the needs ofpeople with disabilities

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was good size, beds were comfortable, stewards were excellent and refreshed room 2 times a day!

Pros: good selection of on board activities, the dining and housekeeping staff were mostly from Bali and were friendly, helpful and wonderful!

Cons: The front desk staff were rude, not helpful and did not seem to care about the passengers, also the food was dry tasteless and repetitive

Recommends Amsterdam? No.
