SHIP UNDER STAFFED. VERY POOR SERVICE. OFFICALS WERE RUDE,YES RUDE NEVER WILL WE SAIL HOLLAND AMERICA AGAIN

BUT ALWAYS 3 HOURS TO EAT BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE. FIRST TIME EVER ON A CRUISE THAT WE EAT MOST OF THE MEALS IN THE BUFFER INSTEAD OF THE DINNING ROOM. LIDO BUFFER FOOD WAS POOR.
