This was my 2nd trip with AmaWaterways and 4th River Cruise (Amazon, Mekong and Yangtze). The Rhine did not disappoint. Adding the pre-dates in Amsterdam and Post-dates in Lucerne and Zurich only added to the experience

As with any ship rooms are ready in the afternoon. We had an option of a cruise through the canals of Amsterdam to occupy the morning. Light lunch was ready when we boarded - rooms were ready quick

Food was excellent. Took advantage of dining at the Chef's table. WOW! I had dietary concerns and the chef spoke direct with me and accommodated my needs. Only had one meal i did not really enjoy but that was personal preference
Onboard Activities

the wellness host Damien offered walks on the deck, works-outs and some educational classes. i participated in the walks and he was very knowledgeable.

Evening entertainment was local and wonderful. The house pianist was entertaining and fun

WOW!! Our Cruise Manager Stephanie was awesome. The Ship's staff are so friendly and customer focused. they quickly learned preferences and anticipated needs at all meals.

ship was laid out well and easy to navigate. it was always clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Rhine River ships have to navigate multiple locks and this dictates the ship size and room size. the room was laid out like any other ship. the shower felt a little bigger. Closets were spacious and lots of hangers
Love cruising the Gorge. our Cruise Manager supplied us with a map of the castles and provided verbal commentary via the pa system to those up on top deck and in the lounge.
