Take time to read thru the Compass first day so you get the feel of how the activities are set up-it was different then we’ve had before and felt it a little confusing!

It is a big ship with many people on board. Make your entertainment reservations in advance. Easy to do. Get the Royal Caribbean app on your phone. You can text people in your party through the app, no charge, look at your calendar for pre booked shows. It provides an easy week of sailing.

Make sure to book your shows. It is very easy. Don't try to see everything. You will rush to much. Pick two or three and just relax. Will for sure be back on this ship!

Don't bother to bring a power strip. There was a whole table full of strips waiting to be claimed at the end of our cruise that were confiscated upon boardingn

DON”T go to Windjammer at noon (hhahahha). But seriously - she was a great ship, well maintained with friendly nice staff. Midship, Deck 8 balcony was perfect location to get to/from everywhere.

You have to like being around people to sail on a ship this size. There are a lot of people everywhere you go. Lines, when they existed, moved quickly, but people being people can be a real pain at times (like standing right in front of the elevator when you are trying to get off, and then they look at you like you are being the pain when you say "excuse me" when trying to get through them (I guess everyone thinks they are the only ones on the ship).
