Our room attendant Abel had great attention to detail and worked quickly! He was so friendly and addressed us by our names the first day. Our wait staff in the dining room, Shepard and Prasanna, were very helpful in assisting our party of non-English speakers. They were so patient and professional. Prasanna made fantastic recommendations and remembered each guests preferences.

The terminal is very poorly designed and made entering and exiting the port chaotic. Our entire party was unanimous in saying we would never return to Miami port.
