Overall great first cruise. Next time would probably do a shorter cruise and a smaller cruise ship.
Embarkation

We were on the ship very quickly. Both my mother and I were in wheelchairs(I could walk but have trouble walking long distance) and they where extremely nice to us.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

The main dining room staff that we had were amazing(forgot names) it's great to see they go above and beyond for you. I am a very lucky eater so I didn't really change it up during the week I'm so sick of cesear salad lol. Didn't eat at any specialty restaurants didn't feel we needed to MDR was good enough. Only did the windjammer and really didn't care for it was that really oj they serve in there? Didn't taste like it.
Sorrento's

I would give this place 10 stars if I could staff was very nice and pizza was AWESOME I think I ate 2 if not more in a week lol😊
Onboard Activities

Played mini golf that was fun. Didn't even go in the pools stuck my foot in one and it was really cold but was told by the rest in my group I got up there to late(about 4).
Entertainment
4 out of 5
I didn't go to Mama Mia just cuz it was late but ppl in our group went and said it was great. Ended up walking out of blue planet cuz it was a musician and not into that and saw the comedian and he was FANTASTIC.
Service and Staff

All waiters were great. Are room attendant Josette did an ok job. My brother and SIL down the hall had her too and agreed. They had told us your room attendant will clean your room so good like after dinner(ex put away makeup on counter, fold clothes and put away or hang up) we would come back from dinner and yes bed was made bathroom cleaned but nothing done with counter. If clothes were on floor she picked them up and put them on counter. We did not have an animal on our bed everynight 5\7.

Cabin / Stateroom

Beds were very comfortable, daughter was on the pull out from wall(I know there's a name but don't know it) and she said her's was very comfortable also. The size was great for being handicapped assabile my mother could move around good. It was very clean.
Went to Cabbage Beach which was beautiful. For someone who has never been seen an ocean it was AMAZING. Be careful tho when your there there on a lot of people trying to get you to buy things(jetsky rides, all you can drink, braids etc) but once you say no they just walk away. Got the $20 unlimited drinks for me and daughter paided the girl and never seen her again, they want you to walk to the bar yourself(even tho she says she's going to be your bartender). So that was a rip off. Daughter went on bananna boat had fun. Went into the Bahamas to get some souvenirs people were pretty nice for most part. The walk back to the ship was long(as I said I have a hard time walking long distances and have asthma on top of it)
Out of all the islands this was my favorite. BEAUTIFUL. My mother and I went on The assebile Corel world tour it was about a 15 min bus ride to the place. And on our way you did see some damage from the hurRicans which was terrible. Our tour guide was terrific(sorry didn't get names) we seen stingrays, sea turtles, huge lobster in fish aquarium lots of fish and iguana(there was more little sea things). Walked around St.Thomas before getting on ship and bought to much stuff lol. When they saw my mom they helped her on the ship(someone helped her off too), which was very nice.
BEAUTIFUL!! My daughter and I did a dolphin exchursion. We had some time before the bus left so we went into the port to look around. The bus ride to get there was maybe 10 mins. When we got there we where told to go change if needed and put stuff in locker. But guess what no locker for us cuz there was none left(this is the same place for the push pull and swimso slot of people) so we had to set our stuff down by the picnic tables. They get you set up with life jackets and you go sit in your group(they tell you). You get to pet, kiss, dance and see them do tricks all while leading about them. Well worth it. After it's done you can go look at the pics they took of you(there not cheap).
First off this being my first cruise how was I supposed to know that I needed my seapass to check out? They could have wrote it in the cruise compass for us newbies, but thank goodness my brother told me to take it for a souvenir cuz I did. Was just going to be my mother(electric wheelchair) me(manual wheelchair) and daughter embarking we were going to meet the rest of our group at FL airport. So daughter is pushing me in manual(pulling my carry on) and my mother is behind us in her electric wheelchair carrying her bag...Nobody offered to help us even after seeing a party of 3 going through and 2 being in wheelchairs hmmmm I find that wrong. Going down the ramp thinking everything is ok daughter looks back only to find out her grandmother has now just fallen out of her chair face first on to the hard cement, she pushes me to the corner so I'm out of everyone's way. I text my brother who runs down to help us. They get my mother back on her chair they ask her if she would like to see the ship's doctor but she refuses, but the thing that bothers me is there are to more ramps we had to go down don't you think someone for RC wOod have seen that she got down ok? So my mother got a nice souvenir a black and blue eye. So now my brother who is with us is now staying with us cuz he can't get back on ship( he was having a family honeymoon on there just got married New Year's Eve). So disembarking did not go good.
You could have had someone from royal Caribbean push you off the ship would have had to wait though it seams that you chose to do this on your own and you had a problem I have done it both ways with my wife but I like pushing her off myself I find it much easier and we don’t have to wait
Like I said in my post the was my first cruise so didn't really know what to expect from the attendant.....just going by what I was told by someone else geez!
The stateroom attendant’s job is to change bedding/makeup the bed, vacuum, dust and clean the bathroom. It’s not to pick up all your personal belongings. SMH.
