Cabin issues solved by staff!

Sail Date: July 24, 2016

Reviewed: 4 months ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

Our 7 night cruise on the Allure of the Seas started out in a cabin with an adjoining door to a cabin occupied with children.  After two sleepless night we asked at the guest services desk for a cabin change.  The staff were very helpful with switching us to a different cabin and the remainder of our cruise was smooth sailing!  We found the staff aboard the Allure of the Seas to be extremely efficient, friendly and prepared to handle every situation that they encounter.  Hope to cruise on the Allure in the future but will NEVER book a cabin with an adjoining door unless traveling with my own grandchildren who are well behaved!

Cabin / Stateroom
Cabin location was great BUT had adjoining door to next cabin occupied with unsupervised children. Had to ask for a cabin change, would have accepted a downgrade just to get a nights sleep.
