Overall the cruise was a 10. Beautiful ship, Clean, crew was outstanding entertainment was unbelievable, everything was easy to find with their touch screen boards through out the ship, food was a 9 and the specialty food was a 10. On shore tours were good except for Labradee was to commercial (it was nicer 20 years ago when it had 12 local venders that wouldn't bug you and all they had was a beauful beach with tubes and snorkeling) and the $23/ day water slide was pitiful since you had to push yourself down the whole 300 foot slide then Royal Carribean would only reimburse me $3.51. The coaster ride was good except for the long wait to get on. Maybe get a second coaster and do away with the water slide. We had an issues with a damaged piece of luggage which they replace with no hassle. The only cons was that through the cruise the ship they had way to much sales push from all directions. I felt like I was at a Mexician flea market with people popping out of the woodwork to sale you something. I was disappointed in the Bingo games which had 1 and 3 games at a seating, other ships always had 4 games per seating. Also having Coke Machine all over the place that were many times out of order is very tacky. Debarkation off the ship was fast but once we got of the gangway. We had 45 minute line to get through customs. This is unexceptable
