The Allure of the Seas is a fantastic ship and has so much to offer.  The entertainment was the best we have ever experienced on any of the 32 cruises we have taken.  The only disappointment was there are too many people on the ship causing long delays.  I doubt we will ever book a cruise of the Allure or Oasis again.  We will stick with the Voyager or Freedom class ships which we have come to really enjoy.  The cruise itself was enjoyable in contrast to the very poor service and attention we received with our booking process using .  This was our first and will definitely be our last time using as a travel agent.  Our cruise agent, Jennifer Fiorenzi, was totally incompetent - she should be avoided at all costs

The experience in the Casino Royale was vey disappointing. Nobody was hitting anything on the slot machines and this was a major talking point of the people in the casino during the cruise.
