All of the ports st martin st thomas, nassau were all great. We are a platinum member who has been aboard many of their cruises, but it seems that they are trying to save some money and its very obvious. It used to be fruit carvings and very elaborate props around the buffets all the time and its now non existent. Also not to be found is fish other than tilapia every day. There is a huge indian influence in the food now on a daily basis and its way too much of it. I ate chicken and salad for 7 days since the variety consisted of a  lot of rice dishes.

There used to be Phillipino waitstaff who were fabulous and that also don't exist.  There is a trend here and its going down.....
