Review summary
we were on Western Caribbean cruise in Allure of Seas. We did from Jan 10 till Jan 17 2016. Our ocean facing Balcony was good and the staff did excellent service. The wind Jammer room breakfast was adequate but not excellent. Food quality was average. we always had light lunch at Central cafe and it was excellent. The American Grill first night dinner was most awful dinner i had . my steak dinner was like Swansons TV dinner. The food was getting improved as days passed. The serving staffwas excellent. Our head waiter Sander Espinosa and Shanelle Gorden were excellent.Head waitress Rasu Elisabeta was extreemy nice and help us several times.
Not providind complementary is a news to me. I think you need to improve quality of food and how to manage sevaral guests.
We will never go to such a cruise, where there are 3 to 4 thousand guest
