On the negative side.  

My wife, Sharon had some medical facial work done and was charged an auto-gratuity of $504.00  after spending $2800.00.  I find the auto gratuity inappropriate and ridiculous for medical work and wish a refund of the $504.00.  It put a black mark on the entire cruise.

 

Our cabin attendant, Mary and dining room server, Dioganes were terrific and deserve accolades.
