Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

On the negative side.

My wife, Sharon had some medical facial work done and was charged an auto-gratuity of $504.00  after spending $2800.00.  I find the auto gratuity inappropriate and ridiculous for medical work and wish a refund of the $504.00.  It put a black mark on the entire cruise.

Our cabin attendant, Mary and dining room server, Dioganes were terrific and deserve accolades.

Cabin / Stateroom
It was cabin 6648 not 6554..
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Embarkation curb confusion was not pleasant.

Service and Staff
