Great ship but cruise was marred by bad cooperate departure information. I felt that being a diamond member would get me better service. We are left with a bad taste  as a result. Hopefully some action  will occur.

We were told by RC that departure from ship was after 9 am, this caused us to spend 400$ for alternate travel at next to last stop.Only on board did the C&A rep inform us of the correct early departure time & therfore didnt use our nonrefundable train and hotel reservations. E mails from the ship were unable to give us any satisfaction. Also we fault Crusis only for not informing us in Jan that RC couldnt make travel connections to the airport. Dan Fordiani
