Review Summary
All in all the cruise was quite enjoyable. We took 4 & 8 yr old granddaughters. It was the 8 yr old's 3rd cruise and the younger one's first. They truly enjoyed the characters. It was our mistake to do such a big ship, with so much to do you can not fit it into a child's schedule...too many kid's activities overlap. Staff was great, shows were 10++++, food was average, we are experiencing more and more that the food is not as delicious as it was in the 1990's and early 2000's. But my biggest pet peeve is my time dining. I did all online reservations based on show times, 5:30pm is earliest allowed in main dining room and we barely made the 7:30 show and that was eating like we were in a contest to see who could eat the fastest. And no I was not going to eat after a 7:30 show with 2 young kids. So if they want MTD they need to adhere to reservations. With that said I would give an overall of 3.5, a 10+++ for shows, an 8-10 for staff and a 3 for MTD. Thank you
