Loved the boat!

Sail Date: August 01, 2014

Room Type: Balcony

We loved the ship! Took all our kids and spouses so we had four cabins. Everyone had a great time. Central Park was very relaxing. Kids loved the flow riders and the shows. Most disappointing was the food. Service was great but the food choices in the main dining has really gone down hill. We have cruised and vacationed a lot but most disappointed on this cruise. I think it is a way the most ships are cutting costs and they offer better dining in the 'extra cost' restaurants\, but I feel they should return some choice selections to the formal main dining.

Pros: Central Park and the Entertainment shows

Cons: Food

Recommends Allure of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Convenience was fine but very disappointed in the main dining option choices for dinner. The coke machines were a joke. We paid $52 for the cups and the machines were always out of order.
Cabin / Stateroom
The most comfortable beds we have ever had on a cruiseship.
Service and Staff
Our attendant was very good. It was too hot in 2 of our rooms and we asked for a fan the first luck\, never was really as cool as we like it. Also didn't have a couch in our room\, asked for one but didn't receive. Finally got an extra chair.
