Review SummaryWe have been on 42 cruises, 29 with this cruise line and have, until this cruise, always enjoyed them very much, that's why we go back. It seems to us and the 8 travel buddies, all of which are Diamond members, that RCCL has lost their personel touch.
We even wrote two letters to them, before the cruise, with no reply or concern on their part. Things we liked about the cruise:
It's a beauitful ship, clean, much to do, our cabin stewart was Great! Our waitress was good also. The cruise director and shows, [the ones we were able to see] was also very good. Their check in and out was great. Things we didn't like: you had to make reservations for any show, you wanted to see. The food was OK, but not good. Seems they what you to go to their "pay to eat" resturants in order to get a good meal. The deck service was almost not there, most of the time you had to get up and go to the bar, to order your'e drinks.Bingo was called so fast, we couldn't keep up, even after repeatedly asking for them to slow down. Serveral of us got up gave back our cards,[ which cost $67.00] and left. Never to return.
It depends on if RCCL addresses our concerns or not, if we ever sail with them again. I want to make it clear, we don't want ANYTHING, other then a reply.
