Total disappointment. Very disorganized cruise, TOO MANY PEOPLE and the crew simply can's keep up with it. The frustration affects crew's attitude and guest definitely feeling it. YOU FEEL NOT MORE THEN JUST ANOTHER NUMBER who step up on board this beautiful ship. The last morning before leaving the ship the crew members knocked 5 times on my door and reminded me to get out. It was the awful feeling. This my 10-th cruise with RCCL and it is time to change the cruise line. This company do not appreciate the loyalty of their customers who cruised with them for so many years. Instead they just worry about to make quick bucks. SHAME ON ROYAL CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL
