Ship was too big and over crowded. Elevators, forgot it you cant get on them. Some staff were very rude others very nice. Unfortunately its all about the gratuties. If you get the soda package and try to go to the bar to get one they treat you like a jerk. Rude, arrogant and uninterested. Why? because a gratutity is not involved! Forced gratuties breeds bad service. Gratuties are for people who deserve them, not because they are forced on all purchases.
