Beautiful Ship with many Activities

Sail Date: July 03, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

This is definately a family cruise ship. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will not find it on the Allure. Over 6000 guests and 3000 of them under the age of 13. Parents were not very good at keeping their family together and there was alot of kids running around unsupervised.

Pros: The many venues and decorations

Cons: Too many people on one ship

Recommends Allure of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Beautiful ship and decor. Main restrooms got dirty quickly because of all the children.
Food and Dining
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Children's Programs
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
The ocean near the beaches had garbage in the water and it was overcrowded. Staff from the island were not supposed to get paid and I saw them asking for tips after getting chairs for guests.
Don't Miss: Don't go
Cozumel, Mexico
Loved the excursion booked through We went Sailing and Snorkeling. The guides were awesome and it was really fun.
Falmouth, Jamaica
It was the poor area in Jamaica. It was very depressing and if we wanted to go to the Falls, it was an hour bus ride. I would not go there again. I stayed about 2 hours, then went right back on the ship.
