Allure (a good cruise) but crowded

Sail Date: June 26, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

The Ship is georgeous but it is too big for my liking. I found that I could feel the crowd especially in the Windjammer Cafe at breakfast and lunch. Also the Royal promenade always seemed too crowded.
I believe that it was the volume of guests that were on board.

Cons: The Ship is just too big and you can "feel the crowd"

Recommends Allure of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Too Crowded
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom was smaller than what I expected. The layout of our particular cabin was terrible. The bed was against the closet door and it was very difficult getting to the items that were on the floor of the closet.
Food and Dining
the food was fantastic (in all venues)
Service and Staff
Entertainment
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Always a great POC
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Allways a good POC
Nassau, Bahamas
Not a good POC
