Although the ship carries so many passengers, I never felt crowded. Always managed to get into the shows we wanted to see. The representative who made our dinning reservations made a mistake. We requested early seating and got late seating. We were able to change this on ship but we were not pleased with the choice of table. It was right by the entrance of the dinning room and everyone kept knocking into us.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The menu offers were good, te quality offood was not excellent as it was on Oasis of the Seas, we had a big problem with the dinning times and were not pleased with our final table location, ambiance would have been greatly improved if The Allure had the same type of washing equipment that Oasis of the Seas has for their glassware.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Most of the staff was accommodating, but I cannot say the went above and beyond. I was a little disappointed with that. The representative in the dinning room on the first day was MOST UNACCOMMODATING.

Ship Quality

Other than the small bathroom and low sink in our stateroom, it was great.

Cabin / Stateroom

All except the bathroom. Stateroom attendant was the BEST.

Pros: The variety of restaurants, evening entertainment, activities, shops, efficiency of checking in and deporting, awesome stateroom attendant.

Cons: Small bathrooms, sink WAY too low even for a lady, Dinning room not as prepared as they should be, glassware was not crystal clear. It was amazing how clear all the glassware was on The Oasis of the Seas. You thought you were using real crystal.
