Vitality at Sea Spa on Allure of the Seas

was 10 min early for my appointment and had to wait extra 20-30 min and i had another appointment after so i had to be on time, i went to frontdesk to ask when my appointment will start no one could answer.... after 3 poeple assisted me, still waiting. The manager came and requested to reschedule. with 3 kids its very difficult to reschedule all my other activities back to attend my appointment. so i never got to use the service wanted. So a little dissapointed on this matter.

My adult son did the thermal suite and really got his value by visiting more than once a day. My daughter and I had mani/pedi experiences and I purchased some beautiful products that take me back to my cruise daily.

We enjoyed our week pass we bought.

Would be better if the cruise line didn’t push their products after the spa so hard, may as well be pushing used cars, but the staff tried their best

Had my hair cut and highlighted there. Awesome job, and cheaper than would have cost at home.

Not very impressed with the high priced spas. but the best time to use them is on port days

Waited 30 minutes for appointment, I had a pedicure, save your money and time on this.

Super relaxing with people who know what they are doing. It is so worth the extra expence

I celebrated my birthday while on this cruise. The Spa sent me a 50$ gift card stating it was for any body or face service. I scheduled a 59$ 20 min foot massage. when I arrived for the appointment the manager made a multitude of excuses and refused to honor the gift card.

Advertised a special and then changed to a more expensive service half way through. Extremely overpriced for what was received.
