Royal Caribbean has always been excellent in their food, cabin, entertainment and service. The waiters were slow, they had to take care of orders, even for bar service, and between courses took long. There seemed to be more staff before in the dining areas.

We had purchased a specialty dining and it was not found on the first day. Not until the next to last day did we pick up on the extra charge. The additional charged was quickly returned. The specialty dining were very nice. Special were the Chops and Giovanni's. Not enough staff in dinning areas. Between orders took too long. There should be a bar order waiter separate from the other 2 servers. The head waiters of areas should be ready to help. Waiters should be attentive to the times if their guests are going to shows. An hour should be enough time to dine.

Make sure you set up your dinner times, as soon as you have your itineraries and remember the show times too.
The port is too small, the distances from the port are too far. We got to the port late and were asked to return too early. Then because there was a barge in the way left 2 hours late. We took a private excursion to Fenway Park which took longer than 1 hour. It set us back from seeing the rest of Boston. Our private tour guide didn't stop to allow us to see many places.
Again got to the port late and then had to return earlier again. Not enough traveling time, since the port is far from most things. Went to Disney Ticket Center. The bus person gave us no insight as to the history or any information regarding the port along the way. He did inform us well how we would have to be on our way at 4:30pm to be at the port by 6:30pm.
