Review summary

We enjoyed the ship and all there was to keep busy. However, we were disappointed with the meal qualify and service. This is a major part of cruising for us and enough to make us choose a different ship next time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The food looked spectacular and tasted mediocre. The food in the buffet was never warm enough. The food in the main restaurant was just a glorified version of the buffet. It was very disappointing.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We enjoyed the adult pool. games, and fitness center on the ship.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The shows and games were great.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Most of the restaurant staff were not attentive; they receive 1 star from me. Our room steward was eager to please and kept our room neat and organized. The entertainment staff was fun.

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

King's Wharf, Bermuda

We enjoyed Bermuda however, the ship stopped there on a Sunday. Most of the shops downtown are closed on Sunday which made that part of our excursion useless.

Nassau, Bahamas

Sorry that your experience wasn't all that it could have been.

It seems all cruise lines are cutting staff and food options / quality to save money. Maybe try an upscale line such as Oceania, Crystal, Symphony or Viking for a better experience.
