Review summary

The room was not the correct. Everything need to be repair, nothing to do. Bad food. The only thing good was the service of the restaurant. The assistant manager at service was not quite amicable at all. Please remodel the adventure of the seas and train better your personnel in order tongive a proper costume service!!!!

We are about to cruise on Adventure of the Seas. This review would alarm us, except for the fact that we have been on 7 other Royal Caribbean cruises and 1 NCCL cruise and ALL were 5 star as far as crew goes! And all the ships were clean. Many of these crew members come from 3rd world countries and support family back home. We love hearing there life stories...

Patrick4 my family and I have been on 6 cruises now. We have been on Princess, NCL and Royal. A vacation is what you choose to make it nor everything is perfect for everyone but I can honestly say that I had not one bad experience on AOS other than the sun burn.
